We hope you love your Lysea products, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Conditions for Return:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Return requests must be submitted via email to info@lyseaofficial.com
- Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item is defective
Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
